Corruption and cronyism aren’t new. They are not a partisan invention. Nor is it confined to one industry, one political party, or one era. It’s a recurring theme in world and American history. Corruption and cronyism have been documented by investigative journalists, watchdog groups, and even artificial intelligence (AI) systems when prompted with the correctt input-inquiries (Socratic style questions).

There is an intersection or nexus of accurate news and information that fuels the process of exposing and then correcting cronyism and corruption.

Copilot is an artificial intelligence product of left-leaning MS Bing. Interestingly, Copilot admited that large language model (LLM) style AI systems, including itself, tend to be left-leaning.

🧠 Media Bias: Well-Documented and Left-Leaning Multiple independent studies have confirmed that mainstream media outlets in the U.S. tend to lean left. For example:

The AllSides Media Bias Chart shows that outlets like CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, and NPR are rated as “Left” or “Lean Left,” while only a few like Fox News or The Washington Times are rated “Right.”

🏚️ Manufactured Housing: A Case Study in Strategic Silence

Manufactured housing may seem like a niche topic, but it’s a microcosm of the larger problem.

Federal laws like the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act of 2000 (MHIA) and the Duty to Serve (DTS) mandate support for affordable housing. Yet enforcement has been sporadic on the "enhanced preemption" provision of the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act (a.k.a.: MHIA, MHIA 2000, 2000 Reform Act, 2000 Reform Law).

When prompted, Gemini and Grok both acknowledged that MHI’s behavior aligns with consolidation-friendly strategies.
