Alleged Concord, Chichester Drug Dealers Indicted In Merrimack County
Plus, alleged Dunbarton burglar, alleged strangler, Epsom habitual offender, and an alleged Weare reckless driver, also all indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Justin Sherman, 30, pictured lower right, of Mansion Road in Dunbarton, for felony burglary. On Dec. 5, 2016, he allegedly burglarized an apartment on Gage Street in Boscawen.
Duane Sleeper, 43, of Henderson Road in Gilford, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on March 27, 2017, in New London.

Dwayne Smart, 35, of West Cambria in Philadelphia, PA, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Oxycodone allegedly on March 1, 2017, in Concord.

Eric Stevens, 39, of North Pembroke Road in Epsom, for felony habitual offender. On March 24, 2017, he allegedly drove on the Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen.
Charles Thompson, 30, pictured lower center, of Horsecorner Road in Chichester, for sale of a substance represented to a narcotic drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl, all felonies. On Aug. 24, 2016, he allegedly sold drugs to an undercover police officer in the area of South Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in October 2015, in Salem District Court.
Dawn Torresgrossa, 37, pictured lower left, of Lawrence Street in Concord, for second-degree assault-domestic violence and criminal threatening, both felonies. On Dec. 25, 2016, in Concord, she allegedly strangled a family member, grabbed a knife, and chased him saying that he was going to kill him.
Amy Tuttle, 29, of Main Street in Pittsfield, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on March 23, 2017, in Pittsfield.
Kelli A. Vallier, 34, of Bridge Street in Manchester, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine and dextroamphetamine allegedly on March 17, 2017, in Hooksett.
Brent Warren, 32, of Perley Street in Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, a felony, and criminal mischief. On Dec. 22, 2016, he allegedly damaged a door on Perley Street. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for controlled drug acts prohibited in August 2010, in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Alexander Weaver, 21, of Davis Road in Weare, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly driving at an excessive rate of speed on Hatfield Road in Hopkinton on Sept. 30, 2016.
William Webb, 38, pictured right middle, of Pine Street in Manchester, for felony theft by deception for allegedly returning a stolen item and obtaining a gift card at Lowes on Fort Eddy Road in Concord.
Kevin Wheeler, 30, of Loudon Ridge Road in Loudon, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on April 23, 2017, in Concord.
Bethany Whitcomb, 39, of Myrtle Street in Claremont, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Oct. 20, 2016, at Donovan’s Party & Novelty in Concord, she allegedly exercised control over a figurine. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of shoplifting in August 2006, in Laconia District Court, and theft by unauthorized taking in January 2016, in Franklin District Court.
Ronald Wiggin, 46, pictured upper right, of Pleasant Street in Colebrook, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on March 29, 2017, in Bow.
John Wilcox, 47, pictured upper center, of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and sale of narcotic drug-cocaine, both felonies. On Oct. 21, 2016, on Prospect Street in Concord, he allegedly sold drugs to an undercover police officer. On Nov. 1, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine on Prospect Street in Concord.
Heather Yost, 26, pictured upper left, of Beauty Hill Road in Barnstead, on three felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, Oxycodone, and carfentanil allegedly on March 20, 2017, in Pittsfield.
