Pembroke Teen Indicted On Rape, Kidnapping, And Extortion Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

Also: Man indicted in Downtown Concord shooting case; Bow man accused of assaulting child; Andover felon indicted on gun possession count.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Yorrie J. Abrahams, 51, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-psilocybin, psilocin, and 3,4-MDMA mix, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-MDMB-4en-Pinaca, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-3,4-MDMA, three possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine, and two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-MDMB-4en-Pinaca and 3,4-MDMA on Dec. 23, 2025, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession with intent to distribute in Hills North in November 2025.

Bruce E. Allaire Jr., 47, of Concord Gardens in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Ormond Street in Concord on Jan. 14, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender in September 2023.

David Anziani, 38, of South State Street in Concord, on felonious use of a firearm, reckless conduct, and first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting a man in his late 20s on South State Street in Concord on Feb. 21. Myi-Khaill Armstong, 19, of Glass Street in Pembroke, on kidnapping, theft by extortion, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting a teenage boy repeatedly on June 15, 2024, in Pembroke. On July 14, 2024, Armstong was also accused of driving a man in his 20s to a gas station ATM to withdraw money, confining them to his apartment, and exercising control over more than $1,000 to make purchases at the gas station and on a Playstation, “committing extortion by threatening to report to police that (he) sexually assaulted him,” according to the indictment.

Ryan S. Ehrgott, 42, of Broad Cove Drive in Concord, on three felony counts of motor vehicle; penalties. He was accused of driving on the Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on May 30, 2025, North Road in Epsom on June 25, 2025, and North Pembroke Road in Epsom on Oct. 12, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

David Elder, 32, of Ridgewood Drive in Bow, on four felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of causing bodily injuries to a child in Bow on Oct. 30, 2025.

Thomas Erickson, 62, of High Street in Manchester, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Manchester Street in Concord on Dec. 15, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Patrick Q. Fairbank, 40, of Bellows Falls Road in Charlestown, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of brandishing a 9 mm Glock out the driver’s side window of a Volkswagen he was driving in close proximity to another vehicle and person on Interstate 89 in Warner on Nov. 10, 2025.

Noah Fournier, 43, of Carpenter Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Hooksett on Aug. 6, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, Fournier was convicted on theft charges.

Michael Foye, 50, of Webster Street in Manchester, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen Polaris 4x4 in Hooksett on July 27, 2025.

Scott Freitas, 47, a homeless man now located in Pembroke, on a felony count of controlled drug act-acts prohibited-meth on Sept. 18, 2025, in Pembroke.

Mark W. Fuller, 43, of Andover, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of pistols & revolvers; convicted felons. He was accused of possessing a firearm between Sept. 1 and Nov. 1, 2025, in Andover. Fuller is a felon due to an October 2014 conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court.
