CONCORD, NH — Mark S. Maynard, born in 1977, of Northwood, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on April 7, 2026, on theft by deception-$1,501-plus, seven issuing bad checks-$1,501-plus or two prior convictions, and six theft by deception, two prior convictions charges, all felonies, after an incident or investigation at the S&W Sports Shop at 296 S. Main St. He was also charged with theft by deception-$1,501-plus and issuing bad checks-$1,501-plus or two prior convictions after an incident or investigation at Advance Auto Parts at 136 Loudon Road.

Ezra Burdette, born in 2001, of Concord, received a summons at 6 p.m. on April 6 on a bench warrant after a traffic stop on North State Street.

Kimberly A. Herrick, born in 1969, of Farmington, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on April 5 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation at Burlington Coat Factory at 80 Storrs St.
