MANCHESTER, CT — The latest trek to a Hidden Gem leads us to the north end of Manchester and Robertson Park. There, sits the Manchester Cricket Ground.

The pitch was dedicated in 2021 after being on the table of Manchester officials for some time. City officials said at the dedication that it was fitting to accommodate new cultures and interests. An influx of residents from countries like Pakistan, India and Bangladesh was also an inspiration.

A main focal point of the cricket pitch is the central strip cut between the wickets. It measures 22 yards long. and 10 feet wide.
