Penacook Felon Indicted On Drug, Bayonet, Dagger, Sword Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Concord man accused of stealing cars; man indicted on burglary, mischief charges; perp with priors indicted on Medicaid fraud, other charges

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Tyler Moses, 32, of Clough Hill Road in Hill, on burglary and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Elm Street in Northfield by cutting a hole in the floor of the apartment above the locked basement area to gain unauthorized access on Jan. 8, causing more than $1,500 in damage.

Myk T. Neuner, 37, of Concord, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on receiving stolen property and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing and retaining a 2016 Nissan Altima owned by another person in Concord between March 9 and March 10 and stealing a 2015 Subaru Outback in Concord between March 10 and March 11.

Pierce Osgood, 28, of Concord or Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge on Sept. 16, 2024, in Concord.

Kyle Perkins, 32, of Hammond Street in Concord, on theft by deception, identity fraud, and conspiracy to commit Medicaid fraud-false documents charges, all felonies. He was accused of obtaining control over emergency rental assistance funds belonging to the Community Action Program of Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc. on Aug. 6, 2021. Perkins, on Aug. 10, 2021, posed as another to defraud or obtain money, credit, or goods and services, according to an indictment. Between May 1, 2020, and March 31, 2023, he agreed with Amanda Demers and-or Jonathan Lopes and-or Charles Shadle and-or others known or unknown to file false medical transportation forms to receive benefits, according to another indictment.

Caleb Phillips, 27, of Center Road in Canterbury, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of deleting messages between himself and another man related to thefts in Northfield between Oct. 3 and Oct. 21, 2024.

Scott R. Prince, 56, of Penacook, incarcerated at the time of the indictment in the Grafton County Jail, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to distribute, three pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on March 28, 2023, as well as a dagger, a bayonet, and a sword in Concord. Prince is a felon due to a second-degree assault conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2018.

Brittany L. Quigley, 29, of Jackson Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on four felony counts of anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties. She used a false address for a certificate of title on a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo on June 16, 2023; on a 2002 Ford F-250 on Sept. 5, 2023; on a 2006 Infiniti G 35 on Oct. 27, 2023; on a 2010 Hyundai Sonata on Aug. 22, 2024, in Concord, according to the indictments.

Christopher Regan, 33, of East Side Drive in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on Jan. 9, 2025, in Concord.

Travis R. Rioux, 40, of Haverhill Road in Windham, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, trenbolone acetate and cocaine on Nov. 18, 2024, in Concord.
