Concord Woman Indicted In Ambulance Theft Case: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Also: Bradford woman indicted on fentanyl sale charge; Pittsfield and Nashua habitual offenders indicted on stolen vehicle, other charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Samantha Azotea, 35, of Bacon Road in Bradford, on a felony count of sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl. She was accused of selling 5 grams or more to an undercover police officer on Commerce Drive in Hooksett on Oct. 29, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, Azotea was convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in September 2014.
Jeremy Barton, 54, of Batchelder Street in Laconia, on a felony possession of a methamphetamine charge on May 5, 2024, in Bow.

Dylan M. Beaudet, 31, of Penny Lane in Chichester, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Dover Road in Chichester on June 19, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in November 2023.
Nathaniel J. Bergeron, 28, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, on motor vehicles; penalties, receiving stolen property, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a stolen cargo van, while deemed a habitual offender, at a high rate of speed, passing vehicles and changing lanes, in a manner that nearly caused collisions in Hooksett on March 2.

Benjamin Berry, 30, of South State Street in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 20, 2024, in Concord.

Robert Boisvert Jr., 65, of Dennison Avenue in Claremont, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Franklin on Oct. 31, 2024.
Cameron J. Carroll, 21, of Locust Street in Dover, on a felony anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charge. He was accused of altering or forging an assignment on a certificate of title by signing another man’s name on April 5, 2023, in Concord.
Jessie M. Carter, 30, of Bobolink Lane in Hillsboro, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Nov. 6, 2023, in Henniker.
Hope Cassin, 34, of Thompson Road in Pembroke, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charge. She was accused of possessing the drug while inside the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Jan. 8, 2024.
Desiree Charter, 39, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle-$1,501-plus, operating as a habitual offender, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving a Chevrolet Equinox, without permission, at more than 100 mph on Interstate 89, drifting into a travel lane, and nearly sideswiping another vehicle on Dec. 15, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Ashley Coleman, 42, of South Fruit Street in Concord, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing a Lifestar ambulance from Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street and driving it around the city, including Clinton Street, on Feb. 28.
