Hidden Gems Of Hartford And Tolland Counties

TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — The latest gem is only hidden because you actually have to find it by chance.

But once you find it, you have to smile.

It's the peeping cow on the back of the Guida's milk delivery truck.

One of the trucks was spotted this week on Route 83 in Vernon. It's a typical truck in many aspects and it was making the rounds at some of the stores along the road. But there's the cow ... on the back.

It's painted on the right rear door and depicts the door open and the cow peeking out from inside the truck.

It's just something to brighten up the day ... one has to laugh when seeing it.

After one supermarket stop the truck went to another location in Tolland county, so be on the lookout for the cow.
